Reader submitted pics

Hey guys,

Here are a couple of pics that a reader has submitted to me and I thought it would be a crime to not the let the world see. There are a lot of things that I really like about this paint style. Bold hard highlights are always one way to get attention on the table top, but what I really like about these figs is the way he did the basing. Nothing super fancy, but I love the way it wraps around onto the sides. Let us know what you guys think!

Ditto Black Matt, this is stunning, but you failed to mention the roiling, tempestuous, pink awesomeness that is the paint job on that Rhino and Banner! Awesome!

Have to agree with counter-fett, the pink is what caught my eye; it is such a bright contrast it actually leaps off the miniature at you.

The collection is fantastic.

What a crappy paint job...j/k, it's my work that the Warmaster was kind enough to post up.

Thanks for the props, guys. Some day I'll get around to actually blogging so I can share my other projects.

Actually the basing is my least favorite part, while cool and well done it pulls the eye away from the models and competes for visual attention.

The army itself is fantastic. I can tell you went for maximum pop but still have good blending.
