Inspiration

Hey guys,
Kinda of a weak post but I am lacking inspiration. Here is a couple of things that I have used as inspiration in the past for different parts of my army. Can anyone guess what each picture is an inspirations for? What do you guys use for inspiration when trying to be creative.

hmm no idea for the first three but the last one (which looks like a strawberry ice cream bowl hit with a spoon a shit ton) could be inspiration for cut up flesh /scarred flesh

If I ever find myself lacking inspiration for an army, I go loot a military history book. My current marine army's latest addition is a terminator squad inspired by the Prussian Potsdam Giants, a grenadier regiment from the 18th century made up of guys who were meant to be exceptionally huge men. Thus I've tried to add green stuff to the scenic bases to make them look taller, and gave them german names painted on the armour.

Just one example, but quite rewarding when it works. And after all, it's not as if GW don't do it... *cough* valhallans *cough*

mmmmmm.... hevent read the books but for the first 3 thinking maybe tied into making a special character? although my first guess for the first pic was a cape or somethhing for your rhino's. And the last pic, either basing for your mini's or your lava board.

Well, its a little bit of a trick question. The first is something I plan on using on the tzeench rhino and something likewise that I would like to do on all the other rhinos. THe books are the inspiration for the whole damn army. I love these chaos themed books. I would have done a word bearers army but I couldnt leave out Horus. THe fourth pic is kind of inspiration I had for my slaanesh rhino. I reminded me of a mass of bodies pressed together in rapture. Something visually intense.
