Awesome stuff matt!
I wish I had a 40K gaming club that was active around here there are some clubs but everybody seems to either have gone fantasy or non GW all together.
I wish you and the guys at the club an Awesome tournament with all the effort you guys put into it it should be great :)

Huh. Won't find that many players in Alaska, we only get 6-10 maximum turnout for an average tourney. The biggest event run each year up year is Brimfrost, with approximately 20-25 people. Sounds like you got your work cut out for you! Props for stepping up and taking the lead!
