Pretty thorough pinning tut there! I'd check Home Depot for new drill bits. Dremel makes a set that should probably fit into your pin vise and will likely contain a bit the same size as what you have. Also, I'm glad that I'm not the only one with super glue issues!
privateerpress is also selling the kits the come with brass-rods and same size drill bits. As to where to get them, if not your local gaming store, try mailorder.
