Ofcourse the problem with declaring what quadrant the unit is in at the end of the game is there is the rule for order of declaring. If both players have multiple scoring units on edges it might matter who decides first where the guys are.
I would say that whoever goes first declares first
Damm normale SM are going to be hell for you all the combat squads will double his scoring units giving him a big advantage over you. off course 5 marines die faster then 10 so they would be easier to clear out. But it's something to take into consideration.

I practiced this mission about 10 times so far with freinds at my club and I must say .. I HATEEEEEEEEEEEE it. I am Saim Hann Eldar though so thats a big reason to why i hate it. My speed does not matter as much when they can just go to the middle and sit there and do nothing to win the game.
