Sorry I haven't posted in a while but............

Ok now that we got rid of Ron, I want to talk about my crappy choice for a tournament that I will be playing this Saturday up in connecticut. There will be some top players up there so you can bet that I'm going to be bringing the pain, right?

Wrong. I have hardly been playing any table top games these past few months. And the few tournaments or games that I have played in, I got my a$$ handed to me. In order for the average player to be effective or competitive, they have to be practiced against all manner of opponents. Currently I am not. I've played against grey knights once, and I still don't know my Deathwing well enough to contend for the top. The only list I know in and out, is one based on lash. So that's what I will do. I'm not delirious, so I don't think I will contend for the top so I am going to play what I want. I've always wanted to do a horde/ foot beserker khorne army. I was originally thinking that I would max out on csm with a khorne icon but I am going to run this. WHAT'S MORE FLUFFY THAN KHORNE AND SLAANESH SIDE BY SIDE!

I dont think that I am going to be able to make this happen. I have Fritz loaning me about 20 and that still doesnt give me enough Marine figs. I am short about 29 figs in total. I need an aspiring champ with Pwr Fist, 10 guys with plasma pistols, (which I have the plasma pistols,) and a Daemon Prince with wings. check out the one Ive modeled a long time ago thats masquerading as a Nurgle D Prince. Dont worry, he jerks off a lot so he is really a Slaanesh daemon prince

So about Chapter house studios..........

Well, I ordered the Land Raider accesory sprue from Chapter house Studios that I said I would. In fact, I ordered three. I had a small problem with one set of the doors. One of the pieces was broken and absent from the package. If it was just broken, I woudl have simply glued it back together and that woudl have been that. I contacted Chapter house studios to request a new piece, and as any business should, they protected themselves against fraud by requesting I send a picture of the broken piece.

Picture sent with a reply stating he would send out a replacement shortly. And the real reason I am writing this up is because he sent me a whole new kit and didnt request that the old one be returned. Nightmare edition Teddy!

What do you guys think of this? Wyrd miniatures, the guys who produce Malifaux, are releasing some really cool minis for their GEN CON appereance. Evidently, going big at Gencon is kind of their thing. All of these gen con minis will be for sale on their website during gencon only, I think!

The first two pics are for a character or crew member choice calleed Teddy. There is an alternate head, as pictured, and a couple of alternate left arms. I am glad about this as I dont really like the kid. The last picture is a gang of undead hunters who have apparently met their match. Not sure about the rules or anything other than their awesomness!!!!!!!!!!

Finished Death co Dread for Heroes of Armaggedon pr

Hey fellas, I hope that things are managable out there for everyone. I finally completed the Death co. Dreadnought for the Heroes of Armaggedon charity project. I am really glad that I spoke up to Jawaballs after initially taking on a much larger portion of the blood angel army. I had to back out of a significant portion because there was a very real threat of me losing my job. I let a restricted state license, that is contingent to my position, expire. I then did the "right," thing and told the administration about it. Needless to say, that wasnt the right thing to do. The reason that was relevant to my backing out was because I had an Imperial Guard commission lined up and I had to think about the money. Well, either way, I didnt get fired but I had already backed out and that was that.
